I am a freelance science writer based in Louisville, Kentucky. I have published pieces on global health, technology, and the environment for The Borgen Project. I have a Ph.D. in microbiology and immunology from the University of Louisville. I also have experience in post-doctoral biomedical research and teaching biology and chemistry.
